WATCH: Arsenal fans sing new Oleksandr Zinchenko chant as Ukrainian makes debut

Arsenal fans have been singing a new chant for defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, after the new signing made his debut.

Arsenal fans have created a brand new chant for defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, who made his debut.

The Gunners started their Premier League campaign with a win over Crystal Palace on Friday night.

Zinchenko made his competitive debut for his new club, after signing from Manchester City.

The Ukrainian had a great game, and got the assist for the first goal.

After a cross was floated into the box by Bukayo Saka, the defender peeled off his man and headed back across.

The ball rose over the defenders' heads, making its way to Gabriel Martinelli who headed home.

Arsenal sealed the game with a goal in the latter stages.

Bukayo Saka, picking up the ball on the right before taking on full-back Tyrick Mitchell.

The winger powered a ball across the box, a ball that Marc Guehi could only guide into the back of his own net.

That made it 0-2, and ended any Crystal Palace resurgence.

The victory made a perfect start to the season for Arsenal, who needed a quick start after last season's was so poor.

Now the Gunners return to the Emirates for the first time this season, as they take on Leicester City on Saturday.

Throughout the game, the away end could be heard serenading their new signing.

The chant, to the tune of 'Gold' by Spandau Ballet goes as follows:

"Zinchenko, oh!

"Always believe in your soul,

"You've got the power to know,

"You're indestructible,

"Always believe in,

"Zinchenko, oh!"

The Ukrainian will certainly be pleased to hear his new chant, and also to start his Arsenal career with a win.
