Aussie Boxer Ebanie Bridges Left Fuming After Underwear Photo Is Removed By Instagram

Ebanie Bridges has hit out at the "haters" and "trolls" after a recent racy photograph got deleted by Instagram.

Australian fan favourite Bridges is one of boxing's brightest stars, currently boasting an impressive record of seven wins and just one single loss in her three years as a pro.

But while Bridges' boxing talent speaks for itself, it's what she does outside of the ring which seems to attract a lot of extra attention.

A maths teacher by trade, Bridges has become renowned for wearing lingerie during her weigh-ins and has amassed a social media following of over 350,000 people.

And to welcome in 2022, the Aussie wished her followers a happy new year by posting a picture wearing nothing but underwear and a pair of boxing gloves.

The photo was deemed to have breached Instagram's "adult sexual solicitation" guidelines and it was swiftly deleted - much to Bridges' frustrations.

It didn't take long for the 35-year-old to fire right back, posting on her Instagram story: "OK the trolls / haters are winning TBH. Eh keep reporting my pic. I can't re-post my pic. Last thing I wanna do is lose my account. Hope y'all screenshotted it for you backgrounds before it got removed. Happy New Year."

Bridges then doubled down on her statements in a follow-up Instagram post.

She captioned it: "DONT LET ANYONE DEFINE WHO YOU ARE. Don't let anyone tell you you can't. Be You, Be Real, No Quit.

"I stayed strong and true to myself. Through all the hate, all the people judging me, stereotyping me and praying for me to fail. Mainly cos of how I look & how I promote myself, people couldn't handle change.

"I came into the women's boxing world showing something different, and promoting myself using social media (no one was / is going to do it for me) I AM different. I'll never be like anyone else. Ive walked my own path and now paved it for others. I like to think I have done a lot for women's boxing this year and brought many more eyes on the sport by just being myself.

"I took the hits and the bullets and I survived the attacks to now make it easier for other women who also choose to be feminine and show their beauty whilst still being a beast, and hopefully they don't get slayed as much as I did.

"I built my own brand that will continue to grow and hopefully inspired many others, not only women but EVERYONE."
