When he's not gracing the Hollywood big screen, one can only assume that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in the gym.

Even at 48 years of age, the WWE great turned blockbuster actor is well and truly stacked.

And while an exact figure of his current weight is still unknown, if his chiseled body is anything to go by then he's got to be at least 120kg (264 pounds).

And "The Rock" isn't shy about sharing videos of himself pumping iron to his millions of fans on social media.

Only this time, instead of benching crazy amounts of weight in his state-of-the-art multi-million-dollar gym in his house Johnson put his strength to the test in a different way.

Incredibly, Johnson was forced to tear down the front gate of his Powder Springs mansion during a massive storm.

According to Johnson himself, the severe storm sparked a power outage which meant he couldn't enter his property without forcibly removing the huge steel gate.

So, that's what he did.

The Rock posted a picture of the damage on his Instagram captioning it: "Not my finest hour, but a man's gotta go to work.

"We experienced a power outage due to severe storms, causing my front gate not to open.

"I tried to override the hydraulic system to open the gates, which usually works when power goes out - but this time it wouldn't."

"Made some calls to see how fast I can get the gate tech on site, but I didn't have 45min to wait.

"By this time, I know I have hundreds of production crew members waiting for me to come to work so we can start our day.

"So I did what I had to do. I pushed, pulled and ripped the gate completely off myself. Ripped it completely out of the brick wall, severed the steel hydraulics and threw it on the grass.

"My security team was able to meet the gate technician and welders about an hour later - and they were apparently, 'in disbelief and equally scared' as to how I ripped it off'.

"Not my finest hour, but I had to go to work."

And he wasn't done there.

The next morning he provided his 198 million followers on Instagram with an important update.

This time, he posted a video of the scattered steel gates on the pavement shortly before being removed by workers.

Fans and celebrities were quick to comment on the posts, praising the six-foot-four-inch man mountain for his sheer strength.

If anything, they prove how much of an athlete the Hollywood megastar really is.

Johnson's latest superhero movie Black Adam is set to be released in 2021.

And while The Rock already looks like a superhero, it appears he's also got superhero strength to go with it.
