YouTube sensation Deji, the younger brother of KSI, will be flying the flag for the Brits this weekend in the much-hyped about YouTube vs TikTok boxing event.

As you can imagine, excitement and anticipation has been building up across social media, as fans gear up to see YouTube and TikTok's biggest stars face-off in the ring.

Whether you love it or hate it, the fact remains that social media stars flocking to the sport of boxing is a growing trend - with Deji and fellow Brit AnEsonGib taking full advantage of just that.

YouTubers and social media stars alike have tried their luck in amateur boxing since 2018.

Deji, his brother KSI, AnEsonGib, and the Paul brothers helped get things started with their early amateur exhibition bouts.

Deji fought the infamous Jake Paul then and, despite losing in the fifth round, bloodied Paul's nose - that's more than Nate Robinson and Ben Askren say, anyway.

But now it comes down to this weekend - following on from the Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather fight - where social media stars will go for glory in front of a vast audience.

For this weekend's fight, Deji will be facing Vinnie Hacker, an infamous TikTok star who has amassed over 7m followers on the platform.
