Anthony Joshua has revealed how much it would take for him to step aside from his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, and allow Tyson Fury to have a unification fight against the Ukrainian.
Joshua lost his four versions of the world heavyweight titles when he lost to Usyk in September, ending the chances of a fight with Fury anytime soon.

The Gypsy King on the other hand defeated Deontay Wilder, in their third fight, to retain his version of the world title, and the Ring and linear titles.
As was the case when AJ was champion, there has been calls for a unification fight in the heavyweight division but the problem is the former champion has a rematch sometime at the beginning of 2022.
One way around it is paying the Londoner off to step aside and allow Fury and Usyk to go at it, and AJ's promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed how much it would cost for that.
"Seven figures? A million? If you want to get him not to fight Oleksandr Usyk you have to times that by 40..." the Matchroom Boxing head told Boxing King Media.

"At the moment there is communication between the two teams to say is it something, and the answer is AJ has not been spoken to about this yet.
"I'll deal with it and when I feel there's an opportunity for Anthony and 258 [Management, Joshua's team] we'll sit down with them and present it to them but I won't do that until it's the right opportunity.
"If there's a route and an offer and it makes sense then we'll see but right now, it's just conversations between the camps."

The 2012 Olympic champion has already said he's reacting his rematch clause, something he also did after losing to Andy Ruiz Jr in 2019.
It means that Fury will likely have to fight someone else before meeting Usyk, or Joshua if the second fight goes to the Brit, with a date early next year previously suggested.
Both Dillian Whyte and Joe Joyce names have been thrown into the hat to that opponent but the undefeated champion has no interest in coming up against either of his fellow Brits.
Fury recently revealed that he's only interested in fighting either Usyk or Joshua, meaning he'll either have to offer the step aside money, or wait for the winner of the rematch.
The 33-year-old has also been working on training his younger brother Tommy for his fight with Jake Paul, but that fight has now been cancelled.

The older Fury had claimed the former Love Island start could defeat his rival with a broken rib or the flu, but Tommy actually did pull out because of a broken rib and a chest infection.
