Ahead of his much-awaited third and final fight with Tyson Fury, footage of Deontay Wilder's extraordinary recovery routine has been doing the rounds on social media.

The clips show the 35 year old going through 'twelve rounds of hell' training, which features some excruciating lunges and stretches.

Wilder was expected to take on Fury on July 24th. However, after the latter tested positive for coronavirus, the fight was re-scheduled for October 9th.

As you would expect, the two have had plenty to say about the bout with less than a month to go.

"I'm ready," Wilder said, as quoted by GiveMeSport. "I hope they are ready. I hope they have their priorities in line. Their game-plan, how they are going to approach the fight.

I know he wasn't doing well in the camp. The young guys were piecing him up. I had a young guy from my camp who was piecing him up.

(My) sparring has been amazing. I can't say names but just know there has been a lot of people on the canvas. Hopefully Fury is confident to go through (with the fight) and not have anything go wrong."

Wilder has also promised that 'The Gypsy King' will fight a different 'Bronze Bomber' when the pair meet in Los Angeles.

"(He can expect) a reinvented Deontay Wilder. Something you've never seen before. In the time off we have done nothing but work, work, work. Even when my body rested, my mind was still at it."

When asked for his response to Wilder's comments, Fury didn't hold back.

"This man is a real piece of work," the 33 year old snapped. "A really bully excuse maker. Not a warrior or a man at all.

Beat the mug two times. I've battered him and his trainer. But still talking s***. Real p***ies."

Expect more shots fired by both boxers in the next few weeks.
