Logan Paul will contest his split decision defeat by KSI and called for a third fight against his YouTube rival.

The 24-year-old American was beaten by Brit star KSI in their eagerly-anticipated rematch in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

KSI edged a split decision but the verdict would have probably been different if Paul wasn't docked two points in the fourth round.

Paul put his rival on the canvas in the fourth round, but was adjudged to have hit KSI while he was down in the moments after his right hand connected.

Referee Jack Reiss docked two points from Paul, but he feels he should have at least got a warning beforehand.

"I thought it was a legitimate knockdown," Paul said. "I didn't get a warning.

"I got two points taken away from me and that's the reason I lost tonight. I would love to contest the commission because I think I should have got a warning. I don't think it was fair at all."

And when asked about whether he wants to fight KSI for a third time, Paul responded: "I'd love to fight KSI again, these are the best moments of my life.

"I just want to say fair play to KSI, you are one of the toughest people I know and I wish you the best. I can talk trash but it's all for show."

But Brit rival KSI insisted there would be no trilogy, saying he's moving onto his next challenge.

The 26-year-old said: "It's done, it's done. I'm onto the next thing. I think boxing is the next thing for me now."
