Eminem went complete fanboy when discussing the first time he watched Mike Tyson fight and it makes for remarkable viewing.

The rapper sat down with 'Iron Mike' on the set of his newest music video 'Godzilla' to record an episode of 'Hotboxin' With Mike Tyson'.

Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, discussed the first time he watched Tyson take to the boxing ring and it's clear to see the respect he has for 'The Baddest Man on the Planet'.

The 47-year-old stated:

"I just gotta say like, bro you are like a God to me.

"Bro you've done so much in your life man it's like just so crazy to be the heavyweight champion at 20 years old."

Tyson responds with "You're not chopped liver yourself" which the Missouri native brushes off with,

"I'm just sayin man it takes a lot to be the champ, it takes a lot."

'The Real Slim Shady' hitmaker then goes on to reveal the first time he watched Tyson in action, which was his heavyweight championship victory over Trevor Berbick in 1986 when Tyson was 20 years and four months old.

"When I was younger and you were first starting to really pop, I had heard 'Yo you seen this guy Mike Tyson? He's knocking motherf**kers out in 10 second...'

"The first fight I saw was Trevor Berbick and man you knocked him down three times with one punch!

"I was like what the f**k and ever since then it was like when you fight, somebody is getting knocked out it's just a matter of what round."

Tyson's victory over Berbick meant he became the youngest ever heavyweight champion and it sealed him as one of boxing's biggest superstars.

He decimated the 32-year-old and picked up victory inside the first two round at the Las Vegas Hilton.
