KSI names four opponents that could lure him back to boxing as Wayne Rooney fight stance made clear

KSI names four opponents that could lure him back to boxing as Wayne Rooney fight stance made clear

KSI also mentioned a boxing legend when asked if he'd return to action.

KSI has named the four opponents that could lure him back to boxing as he made his feelings clear about a potential fight against Wayne Rooney.

KSI hasn't fought since his controversial defeat to Tommy Fury last October.

He lost a razor-close decision, losing the first fight of his professional career in the process.

The social media star felt he was robbed against Fury and appealed the decision, but to no avail.

After the fight, he took a step away from boxing, saying he needed some time to 'relax'.

He said: "I feel like I did what I wanted to do at the end of the day.

"I was this kid who was a YouTuber who had no right being in the ring with Tommy Fury.

"And I showed the world that if you believe in yourself and work hard you can literally do whatever you want."

Asked what he plans to do next, he replied: "I'm actually relaxing man, I need to relax."

Well, a few months on, KSI has listed the four opponents that could lure him back to the ring.

He would welcome a fight against Jake Paul and a rematch with Fury. Not to mention former boxing pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

Asked what it would take for him to return to action, the 30-year-old replied:" I think the Jake [Paul] fight... the Tommy [Fury] rematch. There could always be [Floyd] Mayweather and Conor McGregor. Has to be top tier."

KSI, however, ruled out a showdown against Rooney, who was briefly linked with a fight under the Misfits Boxing banner.

He added: "I don't want to fight Rooney... stop!"

The 4-1 (1) fighter also dismissed talks of a clash against boxing legend Evander Holyfield amid Mike Tyson's exhibition against Paul.

"And then we've got people like Evander Holyfield," he continued.

"He hasn't said anything, but because he followed me people think that he's going to want to fight me.

"I'm not fighting any old man... no offence."
