Oleksandr Usyk has claimed that his fight with Anthony Joshua was not the 'hardest' of his career.
The 34 year old triumphed in front of a 65,000 strong crowd at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to claim Joshua's WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles.
Following the fight, Usyk revealed all about his tactics for the bout and how a change in the last three rounds proved to be decisive.
"The plan was just to walk in, see and start, so we went in, saw and started," he said, as quoted by GiveMeSport. "In the 12th my corner said 'speed up' so I did and then they said 'and the new'.

"I tried to speed up and punched him a couple of times but I was losing my rhythm and my corner told me to slow down and throw my jab more because if I did not keep throwing my jab I would lose my rhythm."
The former undisputed cruiserweight champion also admitted that whilst the fight was the most high profile of his career, it wasn't the most difficult he's faced.
"This is the biggest fight of my career," he continued. "But it was not my hardest. I think that is in my future."

However, Usyk may have to wait a while until that new challenge presents itself, as both boxers have agreed to a rematch in the near future. Joshua was even caught on camera telling Usyk he will see him soon as the latter returned the former's belts.
"He is a true warrior," Usyk replied when asked about whether he'll duel with the British boxer again, as quoted by The Guardian. "He's a fighter. He'll improve his skills. I can't really say whether he will (force the rematch) but I think he probably will.
"I would love to have the rematch in the Olympiyskiy Stadium in Kiev."
