Deontay Wilder Live Streams His Wild Buggy Driving ONLY Three Weeks Out From Tyson Fury Fight

Deontay Wilder Live Streams His Wild Buggy Driving ONLY Three Weeks Out From Tyson Fury Fight

"A big receipt for another excuse," one boxing fan said. Deontay Wilder told his Instagram Live audience this is how to have "fun."

Deontay Wilder has been ridiculed by boxing fans after he took to Instagram Live to stream his crazy driving in a buggy only weeks away from the Tyson Fury fight.

The former WBC champ, 35, has been in training camp with head trainer Malik Scott in his bid to avenge his only professional defeat.

Wilder helped scupper Fury’s pursuit for a mega-unification clash with Anthony Joshua after he won his arbitration case in May.

The Bronze Bomber was expected to clash with Fury for the WBC heavyweight title on 24th July at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

However, their trilogy fight was postponed to October after WBC champ Fury tested positive for coronavirus in July.

Wilder, who was defeated by Fury in their rematch in 2020, has now been slammed for his latest antics ahead of his WBC title challenge.

The American star live-streamed himself going wild in his buggy and making tight corner turns as he screamed at the top of his voice.

“This is how you have fun on a Friday when it’s a long day at work,” Wilder told his Instagram Live audience.

The KO artist added: “Are y’all ready for October 9th?”

Fans took to social media to suggest that Wilder would use his mad buggy-driving session as another “excuse” if he loses to Fury next month.

“He better not blame that for his crushing defeat to Fury,” one fan posted.

While a second Twitter user wrote: “Bit risky to be doing that while in a camp for a fight, is it not?”

Someone else said: “A big receipt for another excuse. Why do this just weeks away from a big fight?”

A fourth added: “Not the most sensible thing to be doing before the biggest heavyweight title fight of your life. LOL.”

And a fifth tweeted: “What an idiot. Could’ve ruined the whole fight.”

Fury’s father has claimed that Wilder will be forced into retirement after he is “smashed to pieces” in the trilogy fight.

Speaking on BT Sport’s The Heavyweight Debate, John Fury said: “Tyson will send him into retirement this time.

“He’ll never box after this, he’s going get beat to pieces, smashed to pieces. Deontay Wilder this time, how can two wrongs produce a champion? Deontay Wilder, he’s all wrong now, Malik Scott is all wrong. Where are they going to get a win from?

“He got humiliated last time, let the whole of America down, Tyson smashed him to pieces. He’s lucky to be boxing Tyson again for a third time. He doesn’t deserve it, after that last performance, it should have been him and AJ.

“This man is just a bump in the road. We’ve got the antidote for him, which I can’t discuss on camera, because we’re going to execute it on the night and that will be the end of Deontay Wilder.

“People who like blood and snot everywhere, and injuries, they’re going to have a right night, believe me, as he’s going to get it proper.

“I want him to cop it for what he’s been saying about discrediting my son’s achievements and all that. Move on, deal with this bum, because that’s what he is, a bum.

“A one-trick pony, a big right hand, he’s got nothing, he’s got no bodily strength, legs worse than mine.

“I’ve got better legs myself at 55 years old. He’s got nothing to beat Tyson with, only if Tyson was to sleep on the job and that’s not happening.”

Fury and Wilder will clash on 9th October at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
