Jake Paul is reportedly keen to fight controversial kickboxer and viral TikTok star Andrew Tate.

Paul was set to face Hasim Rahman Jr. at Madison Square Garden on August 6, but that is now off after Paul accused Rahman Jr. of lacking professionalism.

The 25-year-old is yet to fight in 2022 and it's likely he'll seek another opponent before the end of this year.

One potential opponent includes Tate, who claims to have had 87 fights with just nine losses to his name.

'The Top G' is a social media sensation after sharing images of his plush lifestyle, as well as his world views.

YouTuber and 'Drama Alert' host KEEMSTAR has claimed Paul is 'targeting' a fight against Tate in the future.

J'Leon Love, who is a close friend of Paul's, believe a fight is inevitable as it will garner huge interest.

"No matter what, if Andrew and Jake fight they are going to do insane numbers," he explained.

"Guaranteed they will. What makes sense makes money."

Tate has previously called Paul out and said he was 'desperate for a reality check' after mocking UFC star Conor McGregor in 2021.

The 35-year-old went on to offer Paul $3 million for a sanctioned fight, but has since backed down.

"At the time, I thought that Jake Paul was just disrespecting fighters as a whole, because fighting is a really hard life," Tate said on a recent episode of the Full Send Podcast. "Now, it seems that Jake Paul is taking his boxing career seriously.

"I’m no longer angry at the guy because he’s a boxer, effectively. And he’s using attention, he’s using provocative marketing to make himself as much money as possible.

"I, of all people on the planet, cannot sit here and s**t on that f**king game. I get what he’s doing."

Paul is currently 5-0 as a fighter and has world title aspirations. So far, he holds victories over fellow content creator AnEsonGib, former NBA point guard Nate Robinson, UFC alumni Ben Askren and former welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.

'The Problem Child' holds two wins over Woodley after he stepped in as a late replacement for Tommy Fury in December.

World Boxing Council president Mauricio Sulaiman said victory over Rahman Jr. would've seen Paul enter the WBC cruiserweight rankings.
