Logan Paul Will Run For President In 2032, Has A Job For Brother Jake

Logan Paul has claimed he will run for president in 2032 and is already planning a key role for younger brother Jake.

The YouTuber turned boxer is one of the biggest stars on social media and his popularity is crossing over into the mainstream.

He's got big plans and in a recent chat with the Wall Street Journal, he boldly claimed he'd one day lead the United States of America.

Paul thinks he'll run in 2032, which is three elections and 10 years way. He's clearly given it some thought.

The 27-year-old declared with a smile: "I, Logan Paul, will be running for president in 2032."

You're not eligible to run for president until you're 35, but it's good to have a plan in place.

He was then asked about where Jake fits into this and Logan immediately fired back: "Secretary of Defence."

Paul is aware of how 'f**king absurd' his aspirations sound and he discussed them at length during an episode of the MMA Hour podcast back in March.

"I know it sounds fucking absurd but dude, I’m 26 years old, I haven’t even had the chance to mature in my adult life for a decade," Paul explained.

"I’ve been learning and experiencing and just absorbing knowledge for the past eight years, ever since I moved to LA.

"I’m 26, I’ll be eligible to be president when I’m 35. That gives me nine more years to become the best version of myself possible, to just learn as much as I can about people, culture, society, where we fall short, where we’re strong.

"I just think I’d be a good leader one day. And I think the presidential spot needs a bit of a fresh take, if you will. I think the country could use a person who’s a little bit more nuanced, a little bit more innovative and a little bit more authentic. I think a lot of politicians fall short."

Paul looks to have stepped away from the ring temporarily and his last fight was against Floyd Mayweather back in June.

'The Maverick' says he's yet to be paid in for that fight and it's a hefty sum, a guaranteed $250,000 (£205,000) in addition to a cool $5m (£4.1m) due to his 10 per cent share of the pay-per-view revenue.

Mayweather thinks his foe, who he went the distance with to a draw, needs to be patient and delayed payments are normal.
