55-Year-Old Mike Tyson Nearly Decapitated His Trainer With Brutal Uppercut In New Footage

55-Year-Old Mike Tyson Nearly Decapitated His Trainer With Brutal Uppercut In New Footage

Legendary former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson caught his trainer with an insanely powerful uppercut.

Mike Tyson is still capable of producing his trademark vicious uppercut and nearly took his trainer's head off in new training footage.

Tyson, the youngest ever world heavyweight champion at the age of 20, made his comeback in November 2020 and completed in an exhibition fight against fellow legend Roy Jones.

After getting himself in superb shape, Tyson looked incredible in between the ropes and well and truly rolled back the years.

He immediately stated his desire to participate in further exhibition bouts and though it's not quite happened for 'Iron' Mike, he's still looking very sharp.

In new footage posted by ESNEWS, captioned 'MIKE TYSON PUNCH IS LIKE A BAZOOKA' - Tyson throws an outrageous uppercut while on the pads with his trainer, Rafael Cordeiro.

Tyson displayed his classic head movement and then very nearly knocked his trainer into next week.

Cordeiro was absolutely shook and had to take a few moments to compose himself after his life flashed before him.

The slow motion footage well and truly captures the scary speed and power Tyson still possesses even at the ripe old age of 55.

Former UFC flyweight and bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo was watching on at the Kings MMA gym in Huntington Beach, California.

By now Cordeiro, an MMA coach who started training Tyson in 2020, will be used to the frightening sessions with Tyson.

He's come extremely close to having his head cleaned off his shoulders on a number of occasions, with 'The Baddest Man on the Planet' not taking anything lightly.

Tyson has been linked with fighting Logan or Jake Paul - with the latter even expressing an interesting in bulking up to heavyweight to make it happen.

And while he's a fan of the pair of brothers, Tyson will be bringing the smoke if he locked horns with either of them.

"I'll beat their f***ing ass, I'm coming straight at 'em," Tyson said on his Hotboxin' podcast.

"I'm not going to underestimate them either but I'm going to be in shape, that's the thing you've got to do is be in shape.

"I think 30 days of boxing I could fight anybody, 30 days of boxing every day. If I'm boxing every day in the gym I don't have to worry about my diet, I'll eat whatever I want."
