We wonder what Anthony Joshua sent Dillian Whyte?

According to Whyte, Joshua sent him a 'provocative picture message' during negotiations.

"He actually messaged me," Whyte revealed.

"It's childish, do you want to make the fight or not? I just thought to myself, you're just an idiot, you clearly don't want to make the fight.

"I just want a fair crack of the whip, that's all. It's nothing to do with who's boss."

Team 'AJ' and Whyte have failed to strike terms for a fight. The Brixton-fighter wasn't happy with the deal offered to him by Eddie Hearn.

It now looks like Joshua will make his American debut while Whyte is set to headline his own card in April. As for an opponent, it could be a former Joshua foe.

"Probably Breazeale or Povetkin, Ortiz, let's see," Whyte added.

"Hopefully we can fight Breazeale, and I'll get to knock him out, and I'll become WBC mandatory.

"The decision is meant to be made this week, or as late as early next week."

Whyte, who's ranked WBO No.1 heavyweight, could be super-seeded by Oleksandr Usyk. He's the current WBO cruiserweight world champion, and would be installed as No.1 heavyweight contender should he move up in weight.

"Who? No-one knows what that guy is," he added.

"Nothing surprises me in heavyweight boxing, nothing."

So, as it stands, Joshua is slated to fight Jarrell Miller in New York City and Whyte is expected to top a stacked bill from the O2 Arena.

Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury II is also in the works.
