Deontay Wilder Asked Who Would Win In The KSI And Logan Paul Rematch

Deontay Wilder, who is expected to have a rematch with Luis Ortiz, said it's "fascinating" to see KSI and Logan Paul's first bout promoted.

WBC champ Deontay Wilder has backed KSI to beat Logan Paul in their hotly anticipated rematch.

The blockbuster clash is slated to take place on 9th November at the Staples Center in Los Angeles -- the same month as Wilder's expected rematch with Cuban star Luis Ortiz.

And KSI's trainer, Viddal Riley, asked the 'Bronze Bomber' who would win out of the two YouTubers on their professional boxing debuts.

"I have no idea, I didn't even see the [first] fight," the WBC kingpin said.

"I can't really give a strong assessment on it, but I did hear about it though and it was fascinating to see it promoted and get a lot of fans behind it.

"To be able to do that was very impressive. How did it go last time?

"He a champion [KSI]? Then I'm going with the champion."

The two YouTubers fought in a white-collar amateur boxing match in Manchester in 2018, which ended in a majority draw.

Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn is promoting the second bout and revealed earlier this month why he changed his standpoint since their initial fight.

Former unified champ Anthony Joshua has thrown his full support behind KSI and Paul, saying that "[what] people have to realise is you have to put all eyes on boxing for us all to thrive."

And Tyson Fury, who beat little-known Swede Otto Wallin on Saturday, echoed Joshua's comments and said that it is "fantastic for boxing."

He added: "For non-sporting people who are very famous in their own right, it brings new fans, new attention."

KSI, real name Olajide William Olatunji, and Paul held their opening press conference outside the Staples Center in LA last week.

According to Hearn, over six million people have watched their press conference for the rematch.
