'Iron' Mike looks in supreme shape ahead of his first fight in 15 years.
He's ditched meat from his diet for his return and also spent up to TWO hours on the treadmill after advice from his wife.
Speaking on Good Morning America, he said: "It was difficult, but only for one particular reason: because I had to lose 100 pounds.

"But other than that, I've always done this my whole career."
When asked how he lost all that weight, he replied: "I became a vegan."
He added: "My wife [Lakiha Spicer] told me to get on the treadmill. So I went from 15 minutes on the treadmill and I winded up ending at two hours."

Tyson was linked with a host of fighters, including former foe Evander Holyfield, before opting to face Jones Jr.
And the rules have been laid out which equate to a hard sparring session between the American boxers.
No knockouts are allowed with Tyson insisting he'll be protecting himself at all times.
