Jake Paul has delivered one of his most outlandish comments yet, claiming he has tested himself more than Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather did in their early careers.

Paul, 4-0 in professional boxing, resumes his budding career against Tommy Fury on December 18.

It'll be his first real fight against a genuine boxer following victories over a fellow YouTuber, a former NBA player and a couple of ex-UFC stars.

But Paul believes he's had a hard route to where he is now and believes he's tested himself more than some of boxing's greats.

On his win over Tyron Woodley, he said: "It was my first real test that I passed. A UFC Champion who dominated the UFC with his big overhand right.

"He hit me with a shot in the fourth round that was nothing. I ate it very easily and kept moving.

"I found a way to win and passed my first test in my fourth professional fight."

'The Problem Child' added: "Nobody from Muhammad Ali to Mike Tyson to Floyd Mayweather was testing themselves as much as I was in my fourth fight.

"I learned a lot about myself and what I'm capable of and performing under pressure.

"I look forward to bringing that experience to my next fight."

Paul, who outpointed Woodley in his last outing, faces Fury in Florida next month.

He's extremely confident heading into his fifth professional contest as he continues to eye a showdown against Conor McGregor.
