There used to be a narrative that Tyson Fury can't punch. Well, he proved his doubters wrong yet again - showcasing his serious power against Deontay Wilder and the noise is truly something else.

Fury dropped Wilder a couple of times before eventually putting him away in the 11th round in Las Vegas on Saturday.

He floored the American in the third round and again in the tenth round, clubbing him with a devastating right hand that sounded absolutely brutal.

A video has captured the noise of Fury's monstrous punch on Wilder and it proves that he is a legitimate puncher at heavyweight.

Twitter user @Raderecht02 uploaded a clip of Fury catching Wilder, accompanied with the caption: "That thud. Fury can whack."

The sound of Fury's punch got fight fans talking online.

One tweeted: "Swept him off his feet."

A second joked: "Can't punch though, right? Can't knock out Joshua though, right?"

A third sarcastically wrote: "Not bad for pillow fists."

Speaking after beating Wilder for the second time, Fury revealed what his trainer SugarHill Steward told him in the corner before earning his victory.

"I need to thank my trainer," he said. "Without this man I wouldn't have knocked him out.

"In [rounds] nine, 10 and 11, he was going, 'get this guy out of here... stop messing around. The big dogs pull it out late on.' Sugar pushed me to knock him out, he really did.

"I want to say thank you to my lord and saviour Jesus Christ. I give him the glory he gives me the victory.

"I was down a couple of times, I was hurt, Wilder is a strong puncher.

"It was a great fight tonight. I will not make any excuses, Wilder is a top fighter, he gave me a run for my money.

"I always say I am the best fighter in the world and he is the second best.

"Don't ever doubt me. When the chips are down, I can always deliver."
