Adama Traore Has Returned To Barcelona As A Beast, His Body Transformation Since 2012 Is Insane

Adama Traore Has Returned To Barcelona As A Beast, His Body Transformation Since 2012 Is Insane

Adama Traore has rejoined Barcelona on loan and is a very different physique nowadays.

Adama Traore has returned to Barcelona for a second spell and will do so having undergone an insane body transformation in the last decade.

Traore joined Barcelona's famed La Masia academy at the age of 8 in 2004 and came through the ranks at the Blaugrana.

However, he only made four appearances the first-team and he ended up playing in England with Aston Villa, Middlesbrough and Wolves.

After snubbing Antonio Conte's Spurs, the Spain international has headed back to Barca on loan and the club have an option to buy him outright.

Traore was a scrawny kid in his first spell at the Catalan outfit but returns as an absolute physical specimen.

The 26-year-old, who puts baby oil on his arms to slip away from opponents, looks like he could be a sprinter, NFL player or heavyweight boxer, with his combination of speed and strength absolutely next level.

Remarkably, Traore's physique has been achieved without the use of weights - which has surprised plenty of people.

As his training regime shows, the former Barcelona man does not include any dumbbells or barbells in his workouts.

He told MARCA"I train every day with my physical coach, people ask if I do weights or on social media they ask if I take something or what I do, but I don't, it's just prevention and physical work, I don't do work to get muscle because I get muscle really quickly.

"No, I haven't lifted a single weight. I know people won't believe it, but it's true."

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano,Traore has already agreed a five-year deal in the event that Barca elect to purchase him permanently for €30 million in the summer.

He is capable of playing as a winger of wing-back and his arrival follows on from the recent additions of Dani Alves and Ferran Torres to Xavi Hernandez's underachieving side.
