Arsenal fans fearful of Kim Kardashian curse after Eddie Nketiah gifts Gooners shirt to reality TV star

Kim K was in attendance as Arsenal exited the Europa League.

Arsenal fans have expressed their fear at the "Kim Kardashian curse" after Eddie Nketiah gifted a shirt to the reality TV star.

Kim Kardashian was recently spotted filming Bukayo Saka's penalty during the Gooners' Europa League defeat to Sporting Lisbon, as she took her family on a tour of the UK.

That tour included a visit from former Spurs star Dele Alli and Besiktas wantaway Dele Alli, who was pictured alongside Kim and her family during their short stint in London.

The Keeping with the Kardashian's star has seen her links to North London football continue this afternoon, as Arsenal uploaded a video to their official TikTok account showing the 42-year-old being handed a personalised shirt from highly-rated youngster Eddie Nketiah.

Kim is seen thanking Nketiah for the gift, before asking seven-year-old son Saint "are you gonna try to steal this from me?"

Saint, who is understood to be a fan of the club, was pictured donning the red and white of the Gooners during their UEL exit at the hands of Sporting, although he surprised fans with the choice of name on the back of his kit.

Whilst many had expected the youngster to opt for a Martin Odegaard or Bukayo Saka on his shirt, he was seen sporting a shirt emblazoned with the name 'McCabe' in reference to Arsenal Women star, Kate McCabe.

The reaction of the Arsenal faithful to the video was one of dread, with fans fearful that Kim K has brought bad luck upon the club after their Europa League exit:

"Well there goes the league" one fan tweeted.

A second added: "But don't get close to the Emirates anymore."

"Bad time for her to be a Gooner. She shouldn't jinx this for us please." said a third.

Another worried fan said: "Nah Kim please stay away, we don't need that curse!"

Arsenal currently sit eight points clear of title rivals Manchester City, having played a game more than Pep Guardiola's side.

The two are set to go head-to-head at the Etihad Stadium on April 26th, in a game which many believe could decide the destiny of the Premier League title.

City are looking to claim the title for a third successive season, whilst Arsenal are aiming to bring the crown to the Emirates for the first time, having not won the English top flight since 2003/04.
