Mikel Arteta laid bare how he has prepared Arsenal to beat Liverpool at Anfield.
The Gunners travel to Merseyside on Sunday afternoon, hoping to claim their first win away at Liverpool since 2012.
Indeed, while the form book suggests Arsenal should breeze past Jurgen Klopp’s men, who are currently languishing in eighth place, some 13 point adrift of the top four, Liverpool are a different proposition at Anfield.

While Liverpool have lost eight games on their travels this season in the Premier League, they have fallen to just one defeat at home.
In turn, this afternoon’s fixture is arguably the biggest test of Arsenal’s title winning credentials.
Should they claim an unlikely win the Gunners would reclaim their eight-point advantage over nearest challengers Manchester City, with just eight games of the season remaining.
And Arteta has laid bare how his team can get the better of the occasion and claim a famous win.
Arteta on Anfield atmosphere
Arteta spoke about the atmosphere he expects Arsenal to encounter at Anfield, and explained how he has prepared his players to combat it.

In his Friday press conference the Spaniard explained: "You cannot train the players in the zoo and then go to the jungle on Sunday.
“It’s impossible. You have to expose yourself.
“You have to prepare the players. You have to tell them what they’re going to be facing and you have to recognise that.”

Meanwhile the Gunners’ left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko stressed that Liverpool were dangerous irrespective of their domestic woes.

Zinchenko told the Arsenal website: "Everyone knows how dangerous Liverpool are, they’re an amazing team so it doesn’t matter where they are in the table.
"Every single game against them is a massive game, especially at Anfield as it is a special place where you never know what’s going to happen.”
