Bayern Munich and Harry Kane have reached an agreement in principle on personal terms, according to reports in Germany.
It was reported on Tuesday that Spurs have turned down a £60million plus add-ons offer from the Bundesliga champions for Kane, who has a year left on his current deal in North London.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is in no mood to sell the 29-year-old this summer and will not consider a bid of less than £100million, according to CBS journalist Ben Jacobs.

But it has now emerged that England's all-time record goalscorer has 'agreed personal terms' with Bayern ahead of a possible move this summer.
That's according to BILD journalist Christian Falk, who says the family of Kane [his father and brother] have conducted negotiations. "The prerequisite for the transfer is now: an agreement with Tottenham," he added.
Bayern, who successfully defended their Bundesliga crown last month, are currently in the market for a striker this summer, with Kane said to be high on their list priorities.

After failing to lift a trophy in his career to date, Kane would likely win silverware at the Allianz Arena given they have won 11 league titles in a row.
Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel has previously expressed his admiration for the Spurs forward, Back in 2021, during his spell at Chelsea, the German coach waxed lyrically over his ability.
“If you find any coach around the world who would not like to have Harry Kane in his team, call me," Tuchel said. “I would like to speak with the guy and hear about his ideas of scoring and attacking.
“Everybody loves Harry Kane but let’s be very, very clear. He is a player for Tottenham. He has a long term contract and we will not get involved in any press conference with any disrespectful comments about that.”
Kane has also been linked with a move to Manchester United this summer. Earlier this month, Kane was given an ultimatum by Erik ten Hag's side in a last-gasp attempt to try and sign the striker.

That's according to The Sun, who say United want Kane to force the issue. In fact, they have told him to put in a transfer request or at least 'a strongly worded statement' about wanting to leave.
