Bruno Fernandes' behaviour after his Manchester United teammates score a goal has led fans to believe it shows great leadership.
Fernandes is often the United player left wearing the armband during games, with club captain Harry Maguire usually reduced to a place on the bench by Erik ten Hag.
The centre back has once again been urged to leave Old Trafford, and the team would certainly be equipped to replace him as captain if it did happen.

On Sunday, Fernandes was once again in excellent form, as he has been for much of the season, as United defeated Leicester City.
The attacking midfielder set up Jadon Sancho for his goal and fans loved that after the goal the Portugal star encouraged his teammate to celebrate the goal on his own, have his moment, and then join him, as you can see in the video below.
"You know there’s this natural leader in Bruno Fernandes when he always urges the goal scorer to celebrate and take in the moment before joining along with the celebrations," one fan pointed out.

"We don’t know how blessed we are to have someone like him as the captain of this team. Even off-the-pitch, I have never seen a single evidence of him to suggest otherwise."

A sixth explained how it shows the team togetherness, tweeting, "Sancho points at Bruno, but he sends him away as if to say 'That's your moment!' This team / squad are defiantly clicking and understand each others struggles!!! Love it!!!!"
Celebrations were also at the centre of attention after Marcus Rashford continued his amazing form by opening the scoring, after Leicester had started brilliantly.

Whilst Rashford's head point has been in the headlines recently, it was Erik ten Hag's decision to talk to Diogo Dalot for 30 seconds rather than toast the goal that was being praised.
Ten Hag was also being praised for his use of Sancho in the number 10 role in the second half, as United closed to gap to rivals Manchester City down to just three points.
