David Beckham Reveals 'Secret' Meal He Only Eats When Wife Victoria Goes Out

David Beckham said that it was the "most amazing meal that I had for a long time." It's safe to say Victoria wouldn't agree with chef Becks.

Manchester United legend David Beckham has revealed that he loves indulging in his favourite steak meal when wife Victoria Beckham leaves the house.

The 46-year-old appeared on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast and made a shock claim about how his other half has “eaten the same thing” every day.

Beckham, who tied the knot with Victoria in 1999, claimed his wife’s clean-eating habits will “rarely deviate” her from “grilled fish” and “steamed vegetables.”

The Inter Miami co-owner and president has now shared how he loves to “secretly” cook his favourite meal when the Spice Girls star isn’t at home.

“Everyone was out of the house and I secretly loved it. I had two [of the] most amazing cuts of meat: a T-bone and I had some English wagyu,” he said on the podcast.

“I poured one glass of the most amazing red wine that I treated myself to because I was on my own looking forward to watching the football in the afternoon.

“I had a nice tomato and shallot salad and the meat and a glass of wine and it was the most amazing meal that I had for a long time.”

Beckham, who is close pals with legendary chef Gordon Ramsay, admitted that the alone time to cook in the afternoons and evenings is “amazing.”

And the former England captain isn’t afraid to toot his own horn when it comes to cooking, with Beckham saying his Wagyu was “cooked to perfection.”

Beckham explained: “Those are my most amazing afternoons and evenings.

“The Wagyu was quite thick and I don’t like to brag but it was cooked to perfection. I put it on the grill and cooked it for six or seven minutes either side, [a] bit of salt and a bit of pepper.

“I like my meat rare, medium at a push, but more rare -- and it came out perfect. And it was only me in the house, so I ate it all.”
