The closed beta for FIFA 22 was unveiled to the world earlier this month, with players having the opportunity to play one of its three game modes.
A fortnight ago, EA Sports sent out email invitations with unique codes so that fans could try out its latest FIFA instalment, scheduled for an October release later this year.
Once downloaded, gamers were given the chance to play one game mode in particular, with Ultimate Team, Career Mode and Pro Clubs the options - but that looks all about to change.
On Friday, renowned FIFA leaker @FUT22BETA wrote on Twitter that EA was expecting to release all modes to beta players this weekend - and he was right on the money.

Players can now try their trade as a manager in Career Mode, while others can get to grips with Ultimate Team and the ever-popular Pro Clubs.
Be quick, though, as the beta will come to an unfortunate end on Wednesday, September 1.

Fear not, however, as EA will be releasing an official FIFA 22 demo which is usually released around two weeks before the launch of the game.
What is the FIFA 22 closed beta?
The closed beta version of FIFA 22 is designed to give fans the opportunity to test and play the game ahead of its autumn release date on Friday, October 1.
The beta edition will let users sample the game in Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs, Volta and Kick-Off.

A beta is essentially what developers roll out so that players can provide them with feedback and notify any bugs or areas of improvement before the full version of the game is released.
How do you download the FIFA 22 closed beta?
EA has already emailed eligible FIFA 21 players with a coveted code to download the beta.
However, additional FIFA 22 beta invites will be sent to fans on Wednesday, August 25.

If you want to stand a better chance of being selected to gain access to the beta, then fans are encouraged to create an EA account.
Once you've created an account, you'll want to update your contact preferences, and ensure you've ticked 'yes' to receiving emails about products, news, events and promotions.
