FIFA 23 servers go down during early access launch

EA is investigating reports of some players being unable to connect to its servers amid the early access for FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 launched its early access period today for those who bought the Ultimate Edition.

But gamers are getting an error message that is preventing them from playing the game.

"The FUT service is currently experiencing a high volume of server traffic. Please try again later," the message reads.

EA addressed the servers going down, issuing a statement on Twitter.

"We are investigating reports of some players being unable to connect to EA Servers and will provide an update in this thread when available," the statement read.

Gamers took to social media to vent their frustration over the servers going down.

FIFA 23 is set to launch for all players on Friday, September 30.
