Fans Have Spotted New FIFA 23 Skill Move, It's Going To Get Seriously Abused By Players

Fans have spotted a new skill move in FIFA 23 and it looks set one that might lead to plenty of controllers getting dashed.

The new game, which will be the final in its current iteration before it becomes 'EA Sports FC', will be released worldwide on 30 September.

The official reveal trailer was posted by EA last week and featured plenty of gameplay footage to give gamers an idea of the new additions and improvements made for FIFA 23.

And one which fans picked up on was a bit of trickery from Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix, which will be included in the game.

Skill moves are a key part of the game for players and you just can't beat a bit of wiggling of the analog sticks to leave an opponent in the dust.

The new maneuver, which will almost definitely be a five skill move, sees the player backheel the ball from one foot the other before performing a slick ball roll.

It looks like a fairly difficult one to pull off but Raul Albiol got absolutely done in the above video. Just imagine rinsing your mates with this skill when playing as Neymar, Kylian Mbappe or Jadon Sancho.

EA have said this year's game will feature "the most advanced gameplay" and "deepest modes", with more than 6000 HyperMotion-enabled animations that make players "move and play more responsively and realistically than ever before". 

Other key alterations include technical dribbling system, acceleration mechanics, a whole new variety of passing options, more natural and fluid shooting, redesigned set pieces, updated on-pitch physics, enhanced player awareness and much more.

It's have confirmed that PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S Stadia, and PC versions of FIFA 23 will be cross-play compatible and the same applying to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One - but the feature will not be applicable to the Pro Clubs mode.

For the first time ever, women's club sides from the Barclays Women's Super League and France's Division 1 Arkema have been added.

In an unprecedented move, gamers will be able to play out both the men's and women's World Cups, while it's just been confirmed that Juventus have returned to put an end to the Piemonte Calcio name after three years.
