Bayern Munich and Hoffenheim players have refused to play on, passing to each other in retaliation to a protest from the Bayern Munich fans against owner of Hoffenheim, Dietmar Hopp.
With Bayern Munich dominating the game 6-0, the Bayern fans started to protest against Hoffenheim's owner, Dietmar Hopp.

The Bayern fans started to hold up banners saying:
"Dietmarr Hopp: Son of a B***h".
Bayern Manager, Hansi Flick went over to the fans to plead to them to take the banners down or the game would be suspended.

After coming off the pitch and standing in the tunnel for a few minutes, Bayern Munich and Hoffenheim spent the last ten minutes of their game just kicking the ball between each other in retaliation to the protests from the Bayern fans.
This isn't the first time opposing fans have protested against Dietmar Hopp, with Borussia Dortmund fans being banned from Hoffenheim for two years after offensive chants targeting the Hoffenheim investor last week.

Hopp is the main financial force behind Hoffenheim's rise to the upper echelons of the Bundesliga, being compared to the owners of Chelsea and Manchester City.
The German Leagues, unlike the English leagues, use a 50+1 rule regarding ownership in which the majority of the club has to be owned by fan groups of the team.
The Bayern Munich fans will most likely suffer repercussions akin to Dortmund's harsh protests from last week.
