Fans Think Harry Kane Is 'The Most Shameless Striker In Football' After Ruben Dias 'Dive'

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been called the 'most shameless man in football' after an incident with Manchester City's Ruben Dias.

Kane saw another trophy slip through his hands during Sunday's 1-0 defeat in the Carabao Cup final.

Spurs rarely threatened Pep Guardiola's men while going forward, but one incident involving Kane has managed to get fans talking.

The England international attempted to get away from Dias' lunge and eventually tumbled to the ground.

Slow motion footage looks to show Dias timing his tackle perfectly and winning the ball before taking his man.

Commentary claims referee Paul Tierney told the Portuguese international he was penalised for coming in from behind.

Fans have reacted to the incident and they think Kane is beginning to develop a reputation.

Some do believe Kane warranted going down however as Dias did look to make the slightest of contact.

Kane is yet to win a trophy with Spurs and this marks the second time in three seasons they've been defeated in a final.

The 27-year-old is England captain and one of the Premier League's best strikers, but a lack of silverware will weigh heavy on his mind.

He told Sky Sports in 2017: "In three years time, if I haven't won a few trophies by then, it'll be disappointing."

Four years on and Kane's cabinet is still empty for now. He's been linked with a move away from north London this summer as a result.
