The stream came days after Richarlison's sending off in the Merseyside derby for a dangerous tackle on Thiago.
Neymar's conduct goes against Twitch's privacy rules which state: "Do not invade the privacy of others.
"It is prohibited to share content that may reveal private personal information about individuals, or their private property, without permission."
Neymar FaceTimed Richarlison after the error and got the 23-year-old to say hello to his viewers. "We're online. Give a wave." he said. "You're going to have to change your number now."

"Thank you @neymar you are a genius." Richarlison wrote, before saying: "5 minutes and already has more than 10 thousand messages. Thank you @neymar."
As well as sharing a teammate's phone number, Neymar has also called Sergio Aguero a 'son of a bitch' while playing Among Us and been scared by a friend in a mask.
