England have released a statement announcing that Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell are isolating after they were in contact with Scotland's Billy Gilmour, who has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Chelsea teammates were photographed in close contact with one another on the pitch after Scotland's 0-0 draw with England at Wembley on Friday. With the news breaking that Gilmour tested positive for coronavirus - and will be self-isolating for 10 days - the England pair are now being kept away from their teammates as a precaution.
England's final Group D match against the Czech Republic is on Tuesday night and - while it is yet to be confirmed - it seems likely the pair could miss the match as they are in isolation.

The FA statement said: "As a precaution at this time and in consultation with Public Health England [PHE], Ben Chilwell and Mason Mount are isolating after interaction with Scotland player Billy Gilmour at Friday's match.
"The pair will be kept away from the rest of the England players and wider support team, pending further discussions with PHE.

"The entire squad had lateral flow tests on Monday afternoon and all were again negative, as was the case with Sunday's UEFA pre-match PCR tests.
"We will continue to follow all Covid-19 protocols and the UEFA testing regime, while remaining in close contact with PHE."
We can confirm that Billy Gilmour has tested positive for COVID-19.
Having liaised with Public Health England, Billy will now self-isolate for 10 days and therefore miss tomorrow's UEFA EURO 2020 Group D match against Croatia at Hampden.https://t.co/lRNWvckqCK

Mount was due to do a pre-match press conference alongside manager Gareth Southgate but the FA frantically had to check the situation with UEFA and Public Health England.
