Timo Werner hasn't been the success that was expected when he signed for Chelsea over the summer transfer window.
The forward has found hard to adapt to life at Stamford Bridge, with the style of play different to that which he enjoyed so much at Red Bull Leipzig.
The 24-year-old netted 28 goals in 34 Bundesliga appearances in the last campaign, with 16 in 30 the season before that.

However, since arriving in the Premier League, the Germany international has found things tougher. Four goals in 16 top flight matches tells a tale of struggle, especially when you take into account that two of those strikes came in one match against Southampton.
Now, football analyst Max Bergmann has taken to Twitter in an attempt to explain Werner's woes.
According to Bergmann, Werner is having trouble for a number of reasons. First up is the difference between the position he occupies at Chelsea and where he played at Leipzig.
In his impressive game against Southampton, where he scored twice and assisted once, Werner actually got to play in a position that he is more used to.
However, that is not all. He also misses Leipzig's counter-attacking style, and is being asked to defend more often.
With this in mind, manager Frank Lampard may look to adapt how he uses the forward - especially with the pressure piling on after a run of poor results that includes defeats to Arsenal, Wolves, and Everton.
