Chelsea are ready to swap one of three players for Juventus superstar Paulo Dybala according to stunning reports in Italy.

New Blues manager Thomas Tuchel is already drawing up his summer plans and sees Dybala as a key target this summer.

The Argentine has also been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, but Calciomercato per TEAMtalk believe he's more likely to move to Stamford Bridge.

What's most interesting is they're willing to give Juventus a pick of Jorginho, Christian Pulisic and Timo Werner in exchange.

Jorginho has been linked with a move to Juventus ever since Maurizio Sarri's time in charge, who worked with the midfielder at Napoli and Chelsea.

Sarri is no longer in charge in Turin but the club are still interested in Jorginho.

Werner only joined from RB Leipzig last summer but he's failed to kick on and establish himself as a first-choice striker.

He's scored five goals in the Premier League this season but has been criticised for missing easy chances.

Pulisic on the other hand started his Chelsea career in fine form last season but has tailed off massively.

Part of that is down to injury, being limited to just 14 starts in all competitions.

Tuchel has worked with the 22-year-old at Borussia Dortmund previously and has stressed he remains in his plans.

He explained: "When you sign and play for Chelsea, it's part of the job description. You must be patient and impatient at the same time. All of my players are competitors and they want to play every minute.

"At the same time, when you're not selected, you have to stay patient. It's important not to lose confidence.

"When it was possible for him to start around Sheffield United and Barnsley, one game came too soon. Barnsley wasn't easy.

"If you turn it around, it's the duty of the players to show up and really earn to play. This is what Christian does.

"I feel him in the last days very positive and doing the very best in his situation."

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has reported there is interest in Pulisic's signature from a number of top clubs.

Meanwhile, Dybala has played just 11 games in Serie A this season and is currently sidelined with injury.
