Leicester City's James Maddison has reportedly said that he wants to join Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
Manchester Evening News have revealed the 23-year-old is a key target as they continue their squad rebuild.
Sources have stated that the midfielder 'would have been at United years ago' if the decision was left to him.

Maddison's Leicester City contract runs till 2023 and many believed he'd be signing an extension.
United's shortlist of transfer targets also include Aston Villa's Jack Grealish, with the Villa captain being seen as attainable if Maddison signed a new deal.
Maddison's age makes him a likely transfer targeted for United based on their transfer strategy moving forward.
'The Red Devils' completed the signing of longtime transfer target Bruno Fernandes last month but are keen to bolster their midfield options.

Long-term injuries to Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay have seen Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side slump to eight in the Premier League.
Maddison has shined for Leicester since his arrival from Norwich City in 2018.
He's helped guide 'The Foxes' to third in the Premier League and has scored nine goals this season.
He has also provided three assists to aid Leicester's push towards the Champions League.

The England international will likely command a higher fee than the £80 million United paid to lure new club captain Harry Maguire away from the King Power Stadium last year.
It could be a busy summer at the 'Theatre Of Dreams' as news broke yesterday of Jadon Sancho wanting to leave Borussia Dortmund.
Sky Germany have reported the teenager wants to leave Signal Iduna Park in the summer with a host of clubs keen.

One of those is United, and reports from England suggested they'd be willing to pay up to £120 million for the former Manchester City youngster.
Chelsea are expected to challenge for Sancho but they confirmed the signing of Hakim Ziyech yesterday, potentially leaving the door open for United.
