Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has appeared to react to comments made by Jamie Carragher after he applauded David Raya during the north London derby.
Ramsdale has been left out of the XI for Arsenal's past three games, with Raya coming in to replace him following his summer move from Brentford.
The Spaniard kept clean sheets in his first two appearances for the Gunners, and pulled off a stunning save to deny Brennan Johnson during the 2-2 draw against Tottenham on Sunday.

Although the shot was slightly miscued by the Welsh forward, Raya darted across the face of goal and was at full stretch to keep out the effort.
His save earned a round of applause from Ramsdale, who was watching the game from his position on the substitutes' bench.
Carragher, though, compared Ramsdale's applause of his goalkeeping rival to losing an Oscar, explaining: "I thought it was like the Oscars. You know, when someone loses the Oscar and they start clapping and smiling for the other person.

"I was laughing when I saw that. He's absolutely devastated at that really."
Ramsdale's father, Nick, hit back at Carragher, calling him a 'disgrace' and telling him to 'show some class'.
Now, Ramsdale himself appears to have submitted a subtle reply to the Liverpool legend's analysis on his Instagram story.

The first photo shows Ramsdale, also named on the substitutes' bench on that day, celebrating a goal with his Bournemouth team-mates during a win at the Vitality Stadium, when reserve shot-stopper Mark Travers was in goal.
And the second photo shows the Arsenal star celebrating with his current team-mates - indicating that the team and competitive spirit among the goalkeepers is very much there to see.
Raya echoed those feelings in an interview prior to the derby: "I've just been selected the last two games. That is just the choice of the gaffer - that is his choice, not my choice and when Aaron comes in, he will need to also fight for the team and to win games.
"He has been great, he is a great team-mate, a leader as well.

"He is a great lad and a great keeper as well. We are team-mates and that is the main thing."
