Jordan Henderson and Jude Bellingham share brutal exchange over England team bus question

Jordan Henderson and Jude Bellingham share brutal exchange over England team bus question

The England duo were in good spirits.

Jude Bellingham and Jordan Henderson shared a brutal exchange when asked a question about the England team bus.

England began their preparations for Euro 2024 with a 1-0 friendly defeat to Brazil on Saturday evening.

17-year-old sensation Endrick scored the only goal of the night less than 10 minutes after coming off the bench, condemning Gareth Southgate's to a first loss at Wembley in 21 games.

It was a disappointing night for England, who looked fragile in defence and came close to gifting Brazil goals on several occasions.

Despite the underwhelming performance, the mood in the camp is likely to be good ahead of a friendly meeting with Belgium on Tuesday.

Southgate has worked hard to improve the harmony in the England dressing room, a far cry from the tensions and cliques that used to dominate the national team set-up.

That said, England's stars still have their preferences when it comes to who they share a room with and who they sit next to on the team bus.

Ahead of the Brazil game, the official England TikTok account published a video of England's stars being asked to pick one player to sit next to on the team coach.

Some of the responses were hilarious, but none more so than an exchange between Jude Bellingham and Jordan Henderson.

The former Liverpool captain, now at Ajax, was made fun of by Bellingham and James Maddison.

"I've been ganged up on on this trip," Henderson replied when asked who he'd like to sit next to on the bus, "So I'll sit on my own."

Bellingham then said: "He's [Henderson] barely spent any time with us!" before Maddison chimed in: "Yeah, he's been distancing himself actually."

Taking the joke further, Bellingham added: "I turned up for a catch up [with Henderson], I've not seen him for a week."

England will look to put in an improved performance against Belgium on Tuesday to ensure spirits are high heading into the Euros in Germany this summer.
