Laura Woods reveals she quickly deleted social media post she shared accidentally

Laura Woods has opened up about the accidental post she shared featuring new boyfriend Adam Collard,

After rumours began to swirl in September, it's been confirmed that the TNT Sports presenter is dating the ex Love Island star.

Woods likes to keep things nice and private but she accidentally let out the secret herself on social media.

A video featuring snaps of the couple was posted on her Instagram last week but it was actually a mistake as it was supposed to only be available to close friends and not all over her 739,000 followers.

The clip included a series of loved-up snaps and Woods called it a "slight error" and that her relationship being known "fills her with dread".

Speaking on Aimee Fuller’s Monday Mile, the 36-year-old said: "I am really private… I only show you what I'm comfortable showing you - I like to keep it like that as much as possible.

"So, I made a slight error, you know when you upload something to your main feed that's meant to be like close friends?

"I didn't even know I could do that to be fair, but I did, and let me tell you how much that turns me inside out, for people to see anything private about me and a relationship, is basically what it is.

"For anyone to see that part of me fills me with dread. It sounds like it's a bad thing but only because I associate social media and relationships in a bad way. I'm almost nothing good can come from sharing.

"Maybe I've learned, maybe it's something historic, I've never thought it was a good idea to share them."

Collard has since shared pictures of he and the former Sky Sports host on his pages, one of which where she is kissing him on the head.

They were recently papped taking Woods' dog for a walk and Collard has also broken his silence on his beau, telling The Mirror: "It's going great, you know. She's amazing and we are having a lot of fun. It feels like I'm living the dream."
