Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp could unleash 'exceptional talent' vs LASK but two key players missing

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp could unleash Ryan Gravenberch for his full debut against LASK in the Europa League.

Gravenberch moved to Anfield from Bayern Munich for a reported fee of £34 million, as part of Klopp's major midfield rebuild.

The 21-year-old was given a short cameo during Liverpool's 3-1 win over Wolves last weekend and has been included in the Reds' trip to Austria.

Upon joining the club, Gravenberch was labelled an "exceptional talent" by Klopp, who clearly has high hopes for the Dutchman.

And the midfielder is clearly eager to get into the starting XI as soon as possible after he snubbed a call-up to the Netherlands' U21 side in order to get to work at the AXA training centre.

However, Liverpool will be without both Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara for the European contest, who both remain sidelined through injury, the club have confirmed via their website.

LASK head coach Thomas Sageder has spoken about his team's motivation for the match, stating in. his press conference: "It's a great honour for us to play this game tomorrow.

"After our last away game we are fit again, regenerated very well and prepared very well I think. The team is very motivated and very concentrated. We are very looking forward to tomorrow's game.

"We have a certain procedure before every game, my colleagues analysed the previous five games [of Liverpool] and then we pick around eight to 10 scenes we are showing the players.

"But Liverpool are very flexible tactically so it's very hard to prepare the team against them – that's why we are focused on ourselves."
