OnlyFans-style website make offer to Man Utd players after Newcastle Carabao Cup defeat

OnlyFans-style website make offer to Man Utd players after Newcastle Carabao Cup defeat

Manchester United's players have received a bizarre offer from a OnlyFans-style website.

Manchester United's players have received a bizarre offer from an OnlyFans-style website following the humiliating 3-0 defeat to Newcastle.

The holders crashed out of the Carabao Cup at Old Trafford after Miguel Almiron, Lewis Hall and Joe Willock further increased the pressure on Erik ten Hag off the back of the derby defeat to Manchester City.

United have now lost eight of their 15 games in all competitions this season and are in the middle of a dismal period.

There have been plenty of issues off the pitch and a surprise report from the Daily Mail claimed that United players had been complaining about their Adidas kit.

Andre Onana is believed to have requested a looser replica version of his goalkeeper shirt, while a number of outfield players reportedly complained to Ten Hag and United's kit staff over the tightness of their socks.

As a result, many are said to be wearing replica socks and have not worn their official socks since the 2-0 defeat to Spurs in August.

But My.Club, an adult subscription website similar to OnlyFans, have offered to supply 500 pairs of new socks for United stars.

They claim their socks are "cushioned and breathable" and encouraged United to send an address for them to be sent.

"Manchester United have had a pitiful start to their campaign and the last thing they need to deal with are complaints that their kits are too tight", Mike Ford, Vice President of My.Club, said.

"We here at My.Club know a thing or two about the importance of having comfortable socks. Our socks are cushioned and breathable. After all, it’s important that fashion and function go hand in hand. Send us an address via Twitter (@mydotclub) and they will be delivered ASAP.

“My.Club has been eager to penetrate the football world and reach a new audience of loyal fans and creators. The company has submitted several bids to be the kit sponsor for European football clubs, including Inter Milan and - most recently - Chelsea.”

The site have made moves to try and partner with both Inter and Chelsea when they were sponsorless - offering £80 million to the former and £40 million to the latter without any success.
