The Premier League is set to end a 25-year relationship with Nike and turn to another brand to supply their match balls.
Nike have a contract with England's top flight until 2025, having supplied the league's match balls since the 2000/01 season.
The US manufacturer had the opportunity to extend a 25-year-long partnership but negotiations failed to reach a positive conclusion, according to The Athletic.

The Premier League have wasted no time in finding a new supplier as they have reached an agreement with Puma, who will supply the league's match balls from the 2025/26 campaign.
Puma are no strangers to supplying match balls as they currently provide for Serie A and La Liga not to mention the English Football League, where they use its Orbita ball.
Nike will continue supplying match balls for the Premier League for the next two seasons until the Puma deal kicks in.

Last season, the Nike Flight - billed as a 'resolution in aerodynamics' - was used. The new version of the ball will be used for the first time in the 2023/24 season.
The new ball will be on show for the opening game of next season when Vincent Kompany's Burnley entertain title holders Manchester City on August 11.
Nike have also supplied kits for Premier League officials, with referees and linesmen/lineswoman wearing Nike-branded shirts.
They also provide kit and equipment for the Premier League's youth development and international events.
