Former Arsenal Star Claims Mesut Ozil Had "Problems With Everyone"

Mesut Ozil's problems at Arsenal were that he 'had problems with everyone,' according to former Gunners' teammate Nacho Monreal.
Last week it was revealed that Ozil was being 'excluded' from Fenerbahce's squad, with reports claiming that it was due to a falling out with the current manager.
The midfielder has been playing for the Turkish side since finally being released by Arsenal in January 2021, six months before his deal was supposed to end.
However, things at the Istanbul side seem to have now gone similarly to the end of his time in the Premier League, where he also ended up out of the team.
Now Monreal has opened up on the World Cup winner's time in north London, where he fell out with Arsene Wenger, Unai Emery and Mikel Arteta, before his move to Istanbul.
"Ozil’s problem is that he had problems with everyone," Monreal told Four Four Two.
"It ended badly with Wenger, he didn’t play the last few games with him, then Emery tried to bring him back and make him our leader.
"To begin with, he gave him a lot of confidence and Mesut played a lot, but the coach understood there were other teammates who were in better condition.
"Ozil was one of the best players in the team, one of the best paid, but they saw he wasn’t at the level required.
"As a person, he was good with everyone, but he also missed a lot of games through injury."
The former Real Madrid star was dropped by all three of Wenger, Emery and Arteta during his time at the Emirates Stadium but also forced his way back into the team under all three due to his brilliance.
He claimed that he was dropped the final time, after tweeting his support for the Uyghur Muslims in China, and the commercial affect that had on the club.
The 33-year-old clearly isn't over how his time in England ended with the Gunners, having refused to say the team's name on a recent video.
A fan approached him and asked him to say 'Ya Gunners ya,' which he often tweeted and said in videos when he was at the club, but this time he was having none of it!
