Frank Lampard was on the receiving end of plenty of criticism from fans, after his post match interview following Chelsea's defeat to Manchester United.
Once again Chelsea suffered defeat in the Premier League on Thursday night, their 16th such result of the season leaving only the bottom five having won less than them.
Casemiro scored one and brilliantly started the move for the second as Erik ten Hag's side opened a 2-0 lead before the end of the first half.

And it wasn't much better for the visitors to Old Trafford after the break either, with Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford doubling the lead only for Joao Felix to score a consolation goal.
Victory for Erik ten Hag's side guaranteed they would be back in the Champions League next season and also confirmed Liverpool would be in the Europa League.
But for Chelsea it left them with the potential of finishing the season as the worst London team in the Premier League and they could finish the season in 14th, which would be their worst league position since 1994.

After the match Lampard, taking charge of his penultimate game, spoke to Sky Sports and claimed his team were the better side in the first half.
On top of that the club's all time top goalscorer spoke quite vaguely about standards at the club and in training, but refused to name names.
Whilst Sky dubbed it an 'open and honest' interview fans were less than impressed with what the former Derby County manager had to say.

"Unless what he said was, 'I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m in over my head and no one in the top flight should ever hire me to manage any team,' then this was not an open and honest interview," one brutally said.
"He just spoke for 5 minutes and 53 seconds and all he said was that the players need to improve," added a second.
Another picked up on the issue of 'standards,' explaining, "It is genuinely insane when a coach does not realize or understand that HE is responsible for the 'standards' in training. If they are low, HE is the one that should bring it back up. That is literally his job. He seems to think he only needs to draw up a starting 11 as his 'job.'"
"Tired of hearing from this guy. Shouldn’t have come back. Affecting his legacy at this point. Terrible," replied a fourth.

"Watched this on silent and see a bluff merchant in action," claimed an Everton fan who has also seen Lampard's work up close.
And another supporter simply commented, "All waffle."
The stats don't really back up the manager's thoughts that his side had the better chances, with United's xG of 5.14 the biggest in a Premier League game this season.

Kepa Arrizabalaga had to be in top form to keep the score down even if the west Londoners did have more of the possession throughout the game.
The claims are somewhat reminiscent of the 44-year-old manager's time as Everton boss when he completely disregarded all of Crystal Palace's goals in a 4-0 win over his side, in one of the most salty interviews going.
