If you're in England then one of the highlights of the Euros so far has been the punditry of Slaven Bilic on ITV, as an Englishman we've basically got Daniel Sturridge's late winner and discussions about which pundits and commentators we love and hate. For us this just makes Bilic even better.
For one moment we're going to forget that one of the most memorable moments of Bilic's playing careers was his heinous dive to get Laurent Blanc sent off and suspended from a home World Cup final and deny us the chance to see the Frenchman kiss Fabien Barthez' baldy head before said final.
Instead we're going to concentrate on the fact that Bilic was part of a wonderful Croatia side in 1998 that shocked and surprised us all and put a massive smile on our faces by getting to the semi-finals only to be knocked out by France courtesy of Lilian Thuram's only two international goals.

And in that glorious run was their 3-0 destruction of a Germany side that included the likes of Lothar Matthaus, Jurgen Klinsmann and Oliver Bierhoff. And speaking of Matthaus the former Bayern Munich player was alongside Bilic as a pundit last night and talking about his last international match, incidentally a World Cup quarter final against you know who and Bilic ripped into him using no words, Theo Walcott would be impressed:
We want to see more of the West Ham manager in the studio after all his punditry is on point, he's the coolest manager in the Premier League what with being in a rock band, he's an all round nice guy and he put Matthaus down perfectly.

You're forgiven for the dive Slaven.
