AC Milan wonderkid Francesco Camarda will not feature in next year's EA FC game

AC Milan wonderkid Francesco Camarda will not feature in next year's EA FC game

Francesco Camarda became the youngest debutant in Serie A history when he featured for AC Milan against Fiorentina.

He may have become the youngest debutant in Serie A history on Saturday night but Francesco Camarda will not feature in EA Sports FC's next instalment.

AC Milan's highly-rated forward made history when he replaced Luka Jovic in the 83rd minute of their Serie A clash against Fiorentina.

Camarda not only became the Rossoneri's youngest-ever player, overtaking a certain Paolo Maldini, but he also made Serie A history, as stated above, at 15 years, eight months and 23 days old.

After scoring 485 goals in 89 games for Milan at youth level, the Italian appears destined to make a name for himself in world football.

But despite his rise, Camarda will not feature in EA Sports FC 25 when it drops next year.

The Italy U17 international, who recently became the youngest Italian to score in the UEFA Youth League, is ineligible to feature on EA FC 24 because of his age.

To be added into the game, all players must be 17-years-old, which means Camarda – born on March 10, 2008 – will not even feature when next year's edition drops.

Still, the youngster is already being tipped for a big future by many, although Milan captain Davide Calabria was keen to keep Camarda's feet firmly on the ground in Saturdays post-match interview.

“I told Camarda a few things, he certainly has talent, but so do lots of young players," he said.

"He should enjoy this moment, but also work harder than anyone else to make it happen. Now we hope to accompany him on this journey.”

A number of talented players are yet to be added into the UK's best-selling game.

Barcelona youngster Lamine Yamal will have to wait until 13 July, 2024 – when he turns 17 – before he can use himself on the Ultimate Team and Career Mode game modes on EA FC 24.

The youngest-ever debutant and goalscorer for Spain will no doubt receive a very usable card. In fact, X account FUT.GG predict Yamal will be handed a 78-rated RW card when he is eventually added to the game.

"What could've been," they wrote on Sunday. "Lamine won't be eligible to be in #EAFC until he turns 17 which is in exactly 300 days. We'll keep counting down the days so you don't have to."

Other youngsters to have featured in Europe's top 10 leagues this season who must wait for their EA FC debut include Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi and highly-rated Hibernian full-back Rory Whittaker.
