Gareth Bale's club LAFC caused an almighty stir with their tweet after his first ever World Cup goal against the United States.
Bale captained Wales in their first World Cup clash since 1958 as they took on the USA in Group B and netted the equaliser from the spot in the 82nd minute.
The US went 1-0 up in the first half through Timothy Weah but Wales stepped things up in the second half and after Bale was fouled by Walker Zimmerman , he smashed the ball past Matt Turner to send the Cymru fans into raptures behind the goal.

MLS side Los Angeles FC, who Bale joined in June, immediately took to Twitter to post a bizarre graphic of the former Real Madrid star.
He was wearing his club colours but holding the Wales flag, with a large castle in the background. The caption read, "BAAAAAAAALE!!!", accompanied by the Wales flag emoji.
But the post was met by a flurry of angry responses from the club's own fans, who felt they should be supporting the US and not their talisman.
LAFC are indebted to Bale for his 128th minute equaliser in the MLS cup final win but clearly many felt they got it wrong with the post.

Monday night's clash saw Bale come up against teammate Kellyn Acosta, who took him out with a game-saving tactical foul in the 99th minute.
With Turner out of his goal, Bale was about to strike the ball with his left peg when Acosta brought him cynically.
He took the yellow card and the spoils were shared between the two sides at the Al Rayyan Stadium.

Wales take on Iran on Friday in their second group fixture, with group leaders England and the US meeting at the Al Bayt Stadium.
