Gary Neville absolutely rips into Gabriel Agbonlahor for 'slagging him off every week'

Gary Neville hit back at Gabriel Agbonlahor.

Gary Neville has absolutely ripped into Gabriel Agbonlahor for 'slagging him off every week' on talkSPORT.

Agbonlahor has become famed for his outlandish takes as a pundit after calling time on his playing career in 2019.

He's not one to shy away from sharing his honest thoughts on the hottest topics in football, having called out Roy Keane following his comments about Declan Rice.

The former Aston Villa striker has also previously suggested that he loved playing against Neville during his career.

But the former Man United captain doesn't understand the constant abuse aimed at him as he finally hit back.

During a recording of The Overlap in Dublin, he said: "He slags me off every week on that radio show.

"They tag me on Twitter and it really f**ks me off, honestly."

Neville added: "He will be asked who was the player that you'd like to play against most and he'll go, 'You know what? It was Gary Neville at Manchester United.'

"You cheeky b**tard. You didn't win one against us in 25 years!"

The fans inside the arena, along with Roy Keane and Jamie Carragher, loved Neville's dig at Agbonlahor.

The rivalry between Neville Agbonlahor can be traced back to the Sky Sports pundit's ruthless critique of the Villa forward's performance against Tottenham in a Premier League game.

"Gabriel Agbonlahor as a centre forward... I had to check because this doesn't look right, " he said. "Eight touches in the first half... and 2 of them are kick-offs!"

We don't think this is the last we've heard of the Neville vs. Agbonlahor beef.
