Gerard Pique makes confession about new girlfriend following split from Shakira

Gerard Pique made an admission on a Twitch stream about his new partner Clara Chia.

Gerard Pique made a confession about his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti after splitting with Shakira.

Pique and Shakira were together for 11 years and had two children but split in June. The break-up has been very toxic, with Shakira releasing a diss track where she laid into her ex and his new partner.

Pique responded with digs over Shakira singing she was "worth two 22-year-olds" and that Pique "traded a Ferrari for a Twingo" and a "Rolex for a Casio".

He was filmed driving around with the Renault Vehicle and joking that Casio were sponsoring his Kings League competition.

The former Barcelona and Spain defender went Instagram official with his 23-year-old beau, posting a picture of them.

He discussed an element to their relationship in a recent Twitch stream with Ibai Llanos, who he co-owns the groundbreaking Kings League with.

Llanos asked Pique about the fit he was wearing and if he used fashion magazines for tips on style. However, the ex Manchester United defender says it his girlfriend is also his stylist and confirmed she wears the trousers.

As per The Mirror, he admitted: "The truth is I go with my girlfriend to the shops and she buys them for me. I’m a puppet.”

Clara is a Barcelona-born PR student employed by Pique's events production company Kosmos and as per The Sun, the couple met through work.

Pique and Shakira were involved in a custody battle over their sons Milan and Sasha, with it taking seven months to reach an agreement in a Barcelona court.

In the end, the outcome was that Colombian pop sensation Shakira and the two sons are entitled to move to Miami, Florida, with Pique has been granted permission to visit them for ten days per month.

"Both have shown great intelligence," Pique's family lawyer, Ramon Tamborero told La Vanguardia on the matter.

"They have made a great effort for the good of their children, so they were not the protagonists.

"The agreement was complex and required preparatory meetings. The decisive meeting before signing lasted thirteen hours."

Pique's next venture will see his Kings League seven-a-side tournament play out the final stages at the Nou Camp, with tickets already selling well for the huge event on March 26.
