Erling Haaland gave not one but TWO outstanding post-match interviews, he's refreshingly honest

Erling Haaland spoke brilliantly after his match winner.

Erling Haaland gave two outstanding post-match interviews following his match winner against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

Haaland popped up in the 84th minute to score Manchester City's winner against his old team in the Champions League on Wednesday.

And he provided not one but two brilliant post-match interviews following his outrageous acrobatic goal at the Etihad.

Speaking to BT Sport, he teased John Stones, claiming he netted the better goal on the night.

He then hilariously dismissed the suggestion that Dortmund kept him quiet, reminding Des Kelly he scored.

The Norwegian phenom also chatted with beIN SPORTS and touched on his 'special' goal.

He also revealed his dream of touching the ball five times and scoring five goals amid claims he doesn't get on the ball enough.

Haaland has now scored 13 goals in all competitions this season and his Champions League record stands at an impressive 26 goals in just 21 appearances.

Pep Guardiola hailed his star man following his performance while Rio Ferdinand praised his quality in front of goal.

"What a goal," said the Blues boss. "I remember a long time ago in Barcelona Johan Cruyff scored one quite similar against Atletico Madrid. It's nice Erling emulated Johan Cruyff.

"Maybe the people who know me know the influence of Cruyff in my life as a person, mentor and manager. Years ago, he scored in Camp Nou and scored a goal v Atleti, it was quite similar to Haaland and the moment he scored it I felt Cruyff, it was quite similar."

The BT Sport pundit added: "What I love about him is a lot of strikers would panic when they aren't getting much of the ball. He is calm and just thinks, I want goals. It is all about the end product and winning games for Haaland.

"Only certain players can go into a winning dressing room and fit in seamlessly, there has to be arrogance and confidence. He is delivering so much.

"He [Guardiola] isn't trying to compare them [Cruyff and Haaland] as players but they are players who come up with moments. Only he was going to score that goal tonight."
