Harry Kane curls home sensational free-kick to open the scoring against Brentford

Harry Kane opened the scoring in amazing fashion.

Harry Kane produced a moment of magic as he curled home a sensational free-kick to open the scoring against Brentford.

The 29-year-old made no mistake from distance as he bagged a wonderful goal in Tottenham's final home Premier League game of the season on Saturday.

Dejan Kulusevski shifted the ball to Kane, who thumped a brilliant strike into the top corner, leaving David Raya with no chance in goal.

Naturally, the Spurs star's goal sent social media wild as rival fans want him at their respective club.

One Twitter user wrote: "Unreal hit this. Proper top bins."

A Manchester United fan tweeted: "Get him at old Trafford, he’s so good."

A third added: "He’s so special, he’d score 50 for Man City."

A fourth said: "Surprising that more free kicks are not shifted like that."

Another claimed: "I’m not even joking he’s better than Haaland."

It's an almost identical effort to Trent Alexander-Arnold's strike against Leicester City last Monday.

Kane's hit brought up his 28th league goal of the season - only Manchester City's Erling Haaland (36) has scored more goals in the league than him this season.

That's now 10 goals in his last 10 league goals as he enjoys another prolific campaign.

He's also become the first player to score in 25 different matches in a 38-game season.

The England captain, who is contracted at Spurs until 2024, has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with Man United thought to be keeping tabs on him ahead of the summer transfer window.

Could this be his last appearance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium? Watch this space.
